The new Volvo EX90 will offer 600 km of range on the WLTP circuit. Volvo says the new EX90 will provide 600 km of range on the European testing cycle. That should translate into over 460 km of range here in North America. This impressive range comes from a 111-kWh battery that Volvo says you can charge from 10% to 80% in about 30 minutes.
It will be capable of charging as well. The new 2024 EX90 is built on an advanced charging architecture and EV platform. This means that the EX90 can also send power back into the grid so that it can serve as a generator to power your home in an outage if it is plugged in. Moreover, you will be able to use that EX90 to charge accessories or tools. This bidirectional charging capability is one of the highlights of the new EX90.
It makes extensive use of recycled materials. The new Volvo EX90 is comprised of recycled steel, aluminum, plastics, and bio-sourced materials. This is the most environmentally-friendly Volvo vehicle ever built and one of the most eco-friendly vehicles ever unveiled.
The interior is pure luxury. The new Volvo EX90 features a very refined and luxurious interior that is designed around the concept of Scandinavian purity. The highlight is the centre 15-inch display that houses the latest Google built-in infotainment system. This system provides access to Google Maps and Google Assistant as well as wireless Apple CarPlay and 5G connectivity. Moreover, you can use your smart phone as a key to enter the new EX90.
