I received some great service. Replaced both headlamps that had condensation on the inside of the assembly. Pushed it through goodwill. Was very impressed how they went to bat for me - having not purchased the vehicle through them. I’ll be back!
Volvo Service checks all the boxes. Their staff is professional and they make me feel like a valued client. They welcome arriving clients, have a pleasant seating area, offer coffee and water, offer a loaner or shuttle, provide answers to questions, and research if they don’t have the answer on hand.
As a queer couple, we've often felt hesitant to going to car dealerships, in our experience, we've rarely been treated with respect and our needs are often silenced and overlooked. BUT when we went to the Volvo Dealership in Kelowna it was a total 180.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Mark, our sales guy. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and he made us feel comfortable, safe and valued right away. He didn't give off any sales-bro scummy vibes- dude was genuinely interested in getting to know us as people, not just as customers. He even let us check out his own car, which was totally different from what we were looking at, just to give us a feel for that brand.
Mark took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the different features of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and patient, at no point did we feel pressured into making a decision. We felt like he was truly invested in helping us find the right fit - he even let us tour his own personal car to compare (a very different make/model than what we went in looking for)
In the end, we purchased an XC40, and we couldn't be happier with our decision.
We highly recommend the Volvo Dealership in Kelowna for anyone looking for a new (to them) car. The whole team was awesome, but Mark? He's a legend. He will go above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience, understand your needs and respect your budget. Seriously, thank you for making our car-buying experience so enjoyable. He was the best sales guy we've ever dealt with, and we're so grateful for his help.
Great customer service every time we came in by everyone. We were treated very professionally and compassionately since we live 4 hours away from their dealership.
We were given a loaner vehicle while our SUV was being repaired which was very appreciated. Peter took charge of the communication with our 3rd party warranty which was a weight off our shoulders. Would definitely recommend Volvo Kelowna.
It's always good to have the car serviced with Volvo. Peter is hugely kind, personable and professional. The service people leave the car clean. They give a time and stick to it. I also like that they treat me as a knowledgeable person. It's sad that Women are still treated badly on occasion by car dealerships, but not here! We will return (not least because the car is under warranty).
